Our store is based in Italy, all the orders will be dispatched from Italy.
All the items that we have for sale are original and genuine products. All dolls, action figures and toys are new and in Unopened Boxes or Blisters and in Excellent/Mint condition, except where noted. All albums, comics, magazines, books, cards, etc are in Near Mint condition except where noted. DVDs and CDs for sale are new and sealed.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and are those quoted at the time of order
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! All Credit Card payments are taken via Paypal's secure site - Please read there terms and conditions if you have not used them before - remember you no longer need an account with them to pay by Paypal

SHIPPING METHODS
. Standard International mail - Cheaper, Fast but no tracking or insurance. Average time: 6-14 days for Europe, 10-25 days for rest of the World
. Registered Mail - Tracking available for most of the countries, insured. Average time: 1-2 weeks for Europe, 2-3 weeks for USA/Canada, 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world
. Express Mail - Tracking online, insured. Average time: 3-5 days
All orders are despatched within 1 working day.
All the orders that get the free shipping cost are sent by Standard or Registered mail. If you get the free shipping cost and want the items with a faster delivery contacts us soon and we will only charge you the difference
Shipping and handling fees depend on the weigh of items purchased.
RETURNS
All items are guaranteed to be in the condition stated.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will then issue a refund or exchange the item. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel via a traceable means.

You can at any time have access to your data, request the modification or cancellation or oppose to their use.
